ROWING THROUGHOUT PREGNANCY

Exercise during pregnancy provides numerous health and psychological benefits to both mother and fetus. However, rowing poses unique risks and challenges to pregnant women. This study outlines safety concerns, physical activity trends, and real-world experiences of pregnant rowers. Pregnant rowers and coaches will learn training options for each trimester of pregnancy for cardiovascular and resistance training.
